Cancellation Policy

a) The Client may cancel the scheduled service appointment at any time; however, if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start time of the service appointment, a cancellation fee of $150 shall apply. b) In the event that the Organizer needs to cancel or reschedule the service appointment, the Organizer shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice to the Client and shall make reasonable efforts to find a mutually agreeable alternative appointment.
